Health, Safety and Environment Policy
Cathodic Diecasting is committed to a safe and healthy workplace and to improving the environmental quality of our plant and the wider community. The focus of our efforts is our factory.
We aim to provide a hazard free work environment which is energy efficient and clean. We aim to improve our work processes and products by reducing or eliminating safety and environmental hazards.
To accomplish this we are committed to the following principals:
- Ensuring that all staff receive appropriate health, safety and environment training
- Maintain compliance to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Ensuring that our products are manufactured for safe handling and installation
- Prevent pollution, reduce waste and aim to reduce, re-use and recycle
- Aim to continually improve by setting and achieving annual safety and environmental benchmarks (as part of our ISO 9001-2008 continual improvement program)
To achieve these goals, all employees are responsible for complying with health, safety and environment procedures and government regulations. It is also each employee’s responsibility to initiate action to prevent potential safety or environmental hazards.
