Casting Capabilities
Our factory, facilities and equipment are purpose built for manufacturing galvanic anodes; from a 0.01kg pressure diecast zinc engine anode to a 700kg aluminium anode for an off-shore oil rig.
Our high output and efficient casting techniques and highly experienced staff allow us to cast high volumes in a very short time.

Homogeneity of Alloy Composition
Anodes with a homogenous alloy composition are more efficient. We cast large Aluminium anodes using Electric Induction Furnace technology because the electromagnetic field creates a natural stirring action which ensuring that the anode alloy is homogenous. There is no reliance on manual or mechanical stirring.
Moulds
We have a comprehensive range of moulds which are catalogued and stored in clean dry conditions. This allows the anodes to easily release from the moulds once cooled and produces anodes with a clean smooth finish.
Anode Manufacturing Standards
We cast according to the alloys found in the following internationally recognised standards:
- Australian Standard AS2239
- US Military Specification MIL-A-18001K
- US Military Specification MIL-DTL-24779A
- Det Norske Veritas DNV RP B401
- ASTM International B418
- NACE SP0607
- NACE TM0190
- NORSOK M-503
We also cast according to other recognised alloy composition standards as well as special purpose alloys requested by some customers.
Design
3D Anode drawing
We are primarily an anode manufacturer, but we can assist with the design of some simple galvanic anode cathodic protection systems. We work closely with a number of Corrosion Engineers, so if we are unable to assist with design we can recommend suitably qualified engineers.
